Sitting at the airport now, waiting for my plane…
I’ve seen somewhere that, when you’re on a plane, time does get slower. Nothing that we, human beings or even our watches, can sense, but it’s definitely scientifically proved. It works on an atomic scale.
And if that plane would fly at the speed of light, well guys, when it would land after a loop across the universe, only one year would be gone for me, but 20 long years would be gone for you. Yes, you could call that traveling in time. As some physicist brilliantly put out: space and time are relative.
I’m only flying to the other side of the ocean today, in a regular plane and probably next to a crying baby or a douchebag who plays his shitty music too loud, but I like to think that when I’ll be up there above the clouds, space and time will distort a tiny little bit. To Andromeda.
These were taken by this good ol’hubble.
